Several original designer light fittings were experiencing flickering and degradation.

All replacement LED fittings had to match the exact width, height, and visual profile of the original designer lights installed during construction.

Any dimensional deviation would expose wiring, disrupt the ceiling design, and compromise the architectural intent.

Standard off‑the‑shelf lighting solutions were not suitable and ceiling renovation was not an acceptable option.

To solve the issue, our team conducted detailed on‑site measurements.

Custom‑fit LED replacements were developed to integrate seamlessly into the existing ceiling structure.

Brightness levels were also calibrated across the retail areas. The lighting was balanced to suit both tenants and shoppers.

Most importantly, fittings were further optimised with energy‑saving models.
