Shine@Tuas is a B2 industrial development at the gateway of Tuas Mega Port. The building management engaged us to upgrade the lighting across their corridors, walkways, and ramps as part of their annual A&A exercise.

The facility operates 24/7. Several key areas had insufficient light coverage, particularly in open spaces where loading and unloading cargo after dark required good visibility to be carried out safely.

The corridors, walkways, and ramps are now uniformly lit. Tenants are satisfied with the improved visibility and safety during night operations.

Power savings are up by 30% with the switch to LED fittings from older lights, improving tenant retention and supporting the long term property value of the asset.
