StarLED Technology was engaged to carry out a lighting replacement project at JTC Tower, the headquarters of JTC Corporation.

The existing lighting system used an older globe light design that had become difficult to source locally. The fittings were made of PCI material, which had begun to crack over time, causing water ingress and frequent tripping issues.

To address these long-term maintenance risks, we recommended replacing the entire light assembly, starting from the fittings. The upgraded solution uses standard E27 LED bulbs that deliver 30–40% higher brightness while remaining easy to replace using readily available parts.

The upgrade improves reliability, reduces ongoing maintenance issues, and brings the lighting infrastructure in line with modern corporate HQ standards.
