Altez Condo is a high end residential development in the heart of Tanjong Pagar CBD.

Having previously worked with their MCST on their tennis and basketball court lights, we were engaged for their lobby lights replacement.

The common area lobby has a high ceiling, the kind that gives the space its grand, five star hotel feel.

However, the original lights there were old, heavy, and power draining. Any maintenance needed meant sending a technician up on a ladder or lift to handle a heavy fixture at height, adding cost and risk to every servicing session.

We recommended switching to GU10 LED lights. These fittings are 50% lighter and brighter, making them far easier to handle during future maintenance, without compromising on the look and feel of the lobby.

The result is a lobby that is now noticeably brighter, giving residents and guests a fresher and more welcoming first impression. The lighter fixtures also mean less strain during future servicing, along with additional electricity cost savings going forward.
