Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa engaged us to upgrade the lighting at their Palawan Innovation Studios food truck area.

Rather than pushing a like-for-like replacement, we focused on protecting the client’s long-term interests.

The original sealed LED lights required full string replacement whenever a failure occurred, increasing cost and maintenance effort over time.

Based on our recommendation, the lighting was redesigned using standard E27 LED bulbs, where each bulb can be replaced individually.

This allows simple on-site maintenance by staff, reduces downtime, and avoids unnecessary future replacements.
